Elmore Court Summer Wedding – Alex & Richard

Elmore Court continues to be one of those incredible wedding venues where I get a little tingle of excitement whenever I’m booked to shoot there!  Thankfully, I’m incredibly honoured to receive a lots of bookings at this amazing Cotwold wedding hot spot, so I’m always enjoying lots of those little tingles of excitement!

Alex and Richard’s wedding day started with bridal prep at The Old Chapel in Slad, a fantastic converted Cotswolds chapel set above the Slad Valley. Once the hair styling was complete we all headed over to Elmore where the final bits of makeup were applied and the dresses were slipped on.

Richard was uber cool when I caught up with him, he couldn’t wait to see his beautiful bride enter the great hall and walk down the aisle.  As you can see from the shots below the wait was certainly worth it; Alex looked absolutely stunning and she was beaming from ear to ear throughout the entire ceremony!

We had a little wander around the grounds for a handful of portrait shots while the sun was positioned perfectly in the sky.

After a set of wonderful speeches the evening celebrations started, once again the Gillyflower provided the perfect backdrop for a fantastic night of partying!
