Stone Barn Wedding Photography – It seems my blog posts resemble London buses, you wait ages for one then all of a sudden two come along at once!
Now I definitely had to put Kathryn and Rob’s Stone Barn summer wedding onto the website as Rob gave me a slap on the wrist for not blogging their pre-wedding photos following their shoot at Westonbirt back in June! 😉
The big day started off with bridal prep at the amusingly named The Guggle cottage in Northleach before heading over to Saint Bartholomew’s Church in Aldsworth. Sadly, as is becoming the norm recently, we had to deal with a vicar still living in the dark ages who asked me not to take any pics during the ceremony; ‘very frustrating’ is a huge understatement.
Once the beautifully emotional ceremony had finished we made the short trip up the road to the fabulous Stone Barn where the party kicked into top gear. The guests were presented with a wonderfully decorated venue as they walked into the barn; lots of attention to detail (and cakes!) awaited everyone!
The amazing chefs provided yet another top notch meal followed by an absolutely hilarious set of speeches from the gents! Soon afterwards the band were in full swing, the dance floor was packed with smiling faces and the party was well and truly underway!
