Elmore Court Winter Wedding – Arianna & Andros
Now this was one heck of a party! I should really just leave it at that! It was just full on FUN from start to finish.
Arianna and Andros’ epic wedding at Elmore Court was one of my last ceremonies that was moved from its original date because of that pesky bug that was doing the rounds a couple of years ago! The postponement actually meant their wedding fell on quite a significant milestone for me; it turned out to be my 500th wedding! Such an occasion needed to be celebrated with a party to remember and boy oh boy did Arianna and Andros deliver!
During a pre-wedding catch up with Arianna she was really keen to emphasis that Russell (videographer) and I should have fun and we should both enjoy the day. To just go for it and do what we do best. That was music to our ears. No shot lists, just capture the day as it unfolds.
The good old British weather in November kept us on our toes. Blazing sun intertwined with massive downpours, you’ll even see Arianna dancing in the rain in one shot and the bridal party legging it from a monsoon in another! Once we had captured all of the outdoor shots it was straight into the Gillyflower where The Function Band did what they do best. Absolutely smashing it!
Always great to see Maria and Lauren work their magic with their incredible eye for detail.
